We recommend that you clean your jewelry piece with mild soapy hot water. A soft bristle brush is preferable but we recommend that you refrain from using abrasive materials to avoid scratching the finish of your jewelry.

We recommend you remove all jewelry before sleeping, taking a shower, cleaning, swimming, washing the dishes, or any sports activities to avoid damaging your piece.

We do not offer engraving with any of our items as of now. It is something we are looking to bring to our store in the future.

Shipping times usually range between 3-5 business days, as well as 1-2 additional business days for handling. This also depends if you were to pay extra for priority shipping.

Sometimes the item that is ordered we will already have in stock, and in most cases, ship out the order the same day it is placed. The 1-2 days of handling time is in case we are out of stock of that item and have to manufacture that item in our factory.

Currently, our store is only open to US customers. We may consider opening our store internationally if we get enough interest.
